The Mission:
Create a film on one cartridge of 8mm film, edited all in camera, then make a separate audio track. Send the cartridge in, undeveloped, with the audio track they sync for you. Winners have their work premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. I was a winner.

We were asked to support the Accord Hybrid on social channels with the caveat that we had 0 budget and only running footage to play with. We landed on the insight that the Accord Hybrid breaks expectations with class leading horsepower and mpg, so we will break the expectations of its social posts as well.
An Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle means precision crafted performance doesn’t change when the owner does. A new owner simply means its story restarts, from one driver to the next.

The Civic Si retuned in 2017 after a 2-year hiatus. It was now turbocharged, had a much-improved sport-tuned suspension, and a helical limited-slip differential. What does that actually mean for people? The all-new Civic Si breathes life into every drive, not just for everyone, but everything that rides inside it.

The brief:
Create a film that highlights what it means to have courage.
My Solution:
I created a story that compared a classic vision of courage, the astronaut, to the courage it takes for a woman to leave an abusive husband for the sake of herself and her child.
The Accord is built for those driven to be the best. So, we let people on Facebook and Twitter award their friends for being the best at whatever they’re into. We used people who are much better at computers than us to build a software engine that cranked out personalized videos instantaneously.
The new Civic Hatchback has so much attitude, only badass robots could make it.
